For insurance agents: fewer certificate fire drills from your contractor clients.

For independent agents, brokers, and CSR teams

Your contractor and property-manager clients need certificates from every sub and vendor they hire, and they need their own certificates issued correctly for every job. SubCover HQ handles the tracking and chasing on their side, so the requests that reach your office are complete, specific, and far less frequent.

What it looks like from your desk today

Endless certificate requests

Contractor and property-manager clients forward every request they get, often with missing holder names or unclear wording, and expect a same-day reissue.

Back-and-forth over endorsements

Requests for additional insured, waiver of subrogation, or primary and noncontributory wording arrive half-specified, so your CSRs end up asking three follow-up questions.

Clients who don't track their own subs

When a client's sub turns out to be uninsured at audit time or after a claim, the frustrated call usually comes to you.

Common questions

Does SubCover HQ sell insurance or compete with my agency?

No. SubCover HQ is an administrative service. We never quote, sell, bind, or place coverage, and we never advise your clients on what to buy. Coverage questions go back to you.

How does this cut down on certificate requests?

Today a contractor's sub list turns into dozens of vague requests, follow-ups, and reissues. When we handle it, each request to your office is one email with the exact certificate holder, additional insured wording, limits, and project details, so you can issue it right the first time.

Who pays for it?

Your client does, directly: $99/month or $990/year, no setup fee, cancel anytime. Nothing is billed to your agency.

Can I suggest SubCover HQ to clients?

Yes, and you're welcome to share this page. Email us if you'd like to talk about how we can work together.

Will you contact my clients' subs on my behalf?

We contact only the subs, vendors, and agents our customer gives us, and only about their certificates. We never market to them.

Can you send us gaps we find?

Yes, with the customer's OK. If a client's own certificates or requirements have a gap worth a coverage conversation, we tell the customer to call you rather than guessing at an answer.
